Welcome to Prosekās Digital Download: the best digital marketing newsletter in financial services
Hi everyone!
Lots to cover in the second February edition of Prosekās Digital Download! Since we last hit your inboxes, Instagram allowed us to ālikeā Stories without sending DMs, YouTubeās Chief Product Officer Neal Mohan shared his top areas of focus for 2022 and Coinbase got my Super Bowl party to cheer louder at a nostalgia-play QR Code than at the game itself. If youāre looking for some best-in-class financial marketing ideas, this edition also features examples of International Womenās Day content from last year. In this new section, we will recap the āBest of 2021ā content from past holidays to inspire you this year. Looking forward to seeing and hearing how you all #BreakTheBias on March 8th!
Very much outside of digital news, Record Store Day announced their 2022 official list last week. Thereās always something for everyone (looking at you, whoever is after Peppa Pigās Adventures: The Album) but Iāll be lining up at my local store on April 23rd for Childish Gambinoās Kauai,Ā LāImperatriceās Vanilla Fraise and (of course) Taylor Swiftās escapist masterpiece, the lakes.Ā
Iām also still reeling from the latest Euphoria episode on Sunday. No #spoilers but Ethan really gave the best performance to Bonnie Tylerās Holding Out for a Hero since the Fairy Godmother did in Shrek 2. Kudos to HBO (but mostly to Zendaya) for doubling the show's audience size for season 2 in the streaming era.Ā
Thatās all from me, Enjoy!
